I was weighing about 92kg. Jeh was my fitness coach. I was unsure what exercises I will be able to do as my body confidence was at all time low. But Jeh helped me start with simpler routines with as basic as walking and smaller strength exercises. This helped me gain some flexibility and confidence. Moreover constant follow up helped me stay on track for a longer period and it said became a habit which I could follow for a long time. The exercises and routines were made complex in stages, so that body could adjust and gain strength gradually. The transition was smooth and no routines were drastic to affect the body. This helped me go about my daily job as usual without getting tired. Now I weight at 76kg and much more confident if my body.

I have been into Fitness from a long time. I used to be obese and a lot overweight like 6-7 years ago. I went to the gym for the first time, lost a good amount of weight, and got in a good shape. But after that, I noticed that even though I lost this much weight, it was easy to gain weight as well. And for the last couple of years, it’s always been like that. My fitness coach Jeh Lekhi whose constant support and encouragement led me to stay consistent with my workout regime, with which I struggled a lot in the past. As Jeh always says, Just stay consistent with your workout and you will definitely see results and I did.

Having always been a foodie it was always hard for me to maintain my weight. I was initially extremely overweight and had an extremely unhealthy lifestyle. Then I made up my mind and decided I had to lose weight.

 

I lost 36kgs over a period of 6 months. I have made all the mistakes possible during my initial days of training and have learned a lot from it. It is now my goal to help prevent others from making the same mistakes I made in the past and help you get fitter and stronger the correct way. 

 

I am now an ISSA certified fitness coach and specialist in fitness nutrition

 

I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 5 years and have worked with hundreds of clients from different backgrounds and helped them reach their fitness goals.
